DEFINITIONS

"We", "our", or "JumpProof" refers to JumpProof Pty Ltd. "You" or "Customer" refers to the person placing an order through the JumpProof website. "Business days" refers to Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

 


 

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 


 

  1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post from regional South Australia.

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 — estimated 3–8 business days

  • Free Standard Shipping: Applied automatically on orders over $100

  • Express Shipping: $15.00 — estimated 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. JumpProof is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control.

 


 

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to New Zealand and selected international destinations.

  • New Zealand: $20.00 flat rate — estimated 6–10 business days

  • Rest of World: $28.00 flat rate — estimated 10–20 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authority. JumpProof is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 


 

  1. TRACKING

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 


 

  1. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
